All our products are made to order, which means we need time to prepare them. Orders typically take 7-10business days to process before shipping. During busy periods or for larger orders, processing may take up to 14 business days. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

**Order Tracking:**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

**Damaged or Lost Packages:**
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (or the expected delivery date for lost packages). Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
